Because he/she is an good upcoming texture artist who we feel needs more attention to his/her site, so many more people can enjoy his/her textures, like many already have.
But he doesn’t upload his works, for some reason. And he hasn’t grasped yet how to properly do a SS-styled WordPress blog yet. And he doesn’t approve comments at all. And he uses MS Paint.
