Y’see, Dr. Wily was tired of Mega Man always showing his robot masters up. Every time, the blue bomber would thwart his plans and send him back to the evil drawing board. One day, it dawned on Wily: To beat Mega Man, he’d need to make a robot equal to Mega Man’s powers. And thus, he began his latest robot:
Bass.
Notes:
1. This is V1. Some issues with the eyes will be fixed in later versions.
2. It was made on Lucas so it could be on scale with Meganess.

And to all those out there that have something against the Ness and Lucas textures: SHUT THE EFF UP. Ness and Lucas seem to have a base that fits a lot of ideas. The styles of having a hat or having a nice hair-style gives Captain Jim and Co. many options for ideas.
Stack Smash, hell, Textures in general, is about fitting ideas that weren’t involved with Brawl and placing them right on the characters so those ideas make it straight into the action. Just because a lot of ideas work on those PSI-powered Brawlers doesn’t mean you should put them down.
Let the team work at their own rate, idea by idea, texture by texture.
