If I can just come up with comics that take place in 1-1 and 1-2 and only involve Mario, Ness and Captain Falcon, I’ll never have to draw a comic again!

Most people complain when texture hackers use solid colors, but this so pretty.

AWESOME! One problem, I have like, two other alternatives to this, and one of them came from HERE.
I would love to see more characters / stages / items / bosses done in this style.

I use GIMP for both comics and texture hacks.
Well, I think it looks like Risio’s texture pack, which is supposed to look cartoony, and is Mario, so it makes sense.

Metallix_Knight: My only problem with it (especially with all the issues with textures that got fixed in 2.6) is that it crashes. All. The time. I now use Ctrl + S almost as much as I use C and V! And I’m a stereotypical gamer comic artist so that is saying a lot. ;]
