Did you use both the PCS and the (probably not included) PAC file, kyle?
~To get the PAC file, you’ll need a program called le77ex. You drag-and-drop the PCS file on le77ex, and wait until le77ex spits out a .pcs.out file. Then you rename the end of that to .pac, and you’re good.~
