Long story short. Luigi decided to get some new clothes. He calls his new clothes “Green Swirl Clothes” and they sure as fuck look like something an evil bastard would wear so it fits really damn well with Luigi.
Now, we don’t know why he got those new clothes but we think that they somehow represent his twisted self (I made a funny!).
Whatever’s the reason, he looks pretty fucking cool.
