Today’s update is of the faithful Friender, mechanical companion of the great robot hunter Casshern!
This mechanized canine is a wonder, not only sporting powerful weapons, but being able to transform into vehicles when Casshern needs them! In fact, Casshern and Friender partly inspired Mega Man and Rush (respectively). And so, have an introduction into the wonderful world of Tatsunoko, with Freinder!

Nice texture; I really like the mechanized look of this Lucario. It certainly revamps Lucario’s design from the original.
Amusing though: when you mentioned Friender inspiring the Mega Man and Rush combo, I suddenly thought of Lucar-RUSH! haha.

Um, no, Super Yirbi. Casshern and Friender appeared three years before Dynomutt and Blue Falcon.
It seems Casshern and Friender were inspired by…well, Casshern and Friender.

It doesn’t matter, I said one of the best Lucario texture hacks because they have made more than one Lucario texture hack. It doesn’t matter how many of them they made, The fact of the matter is they made more than one and this is one of the best.
Hate to be one of those nags, but is this one gonna be up on the site anytime soon? The others were up, but oddly Friender, Somari, and Tuxedo Wario still haven’t been put on the dl section, while Tingle was.
