While I’m not hacking Brawl, this seems to be an extremely common problem\/question: What do I do if there isn’t a PAC file included with some of the Stack Smash textures, like Shiny Pokemon Trainer?! The answer is simple:<\/p>\n

YOU DOWNLOAD lz77ex.<\/p>\n

Which you can find here: www.patriotmods.com\/brawlhacks\/tools.html<\/a><\/p>\n

The download is in .rar format, will contain a folder called “lz77ex”, which will have the following programs:
\nlz77ex.exe
\nmain.cpp
\nlz77ex.dev
\nMakefile.win<\/em><\/p>\n

“But what am I supposed to do with this?!”, you might be asking.
\nWell, it’s all very simple:<\/p>\n

1.) Extract the folder “lz77ex<\/em>” to your Desktop, or someplace where you might need this program for easy access.<\/p>\n

2.) Put a PCS file that requires a PAC file (such as FitPokeTrainer00.pcs) into the “lz77ex<\/em>” folder.<\/p>\n

3.) Drag-and-drop the PCS file onto lz77ex.exe<\/strong>.
\nA window should open, saying it is processing the data, and that “Files opened successfully<\/em>!”<\/p>\n

4.) WAIT UNTIL ALL THE ASTERISKS (these ****** things) FILL UP THE BOTTOM ROW. The window will notify you of when its done converting the PCS file, saying “Successful writing data to [location in computer].pcs.out
\nPress any key to continue . . . _<\/em>”<\/p>\n

5.) Simply rename the end of your file to .pac, and you’re done.
\nFor example: You drag-and-drop FitPokeTrainer00.pcs onto lz77ex.exe<\/strong>.
\nIt converts, and has a new file called FitPokeTrainer00.pcs.out.
\nYou rename “FitPokeTrainer00.pcs.out”, to “FitPokeTrainer00.pac”, changing the .pcs.out<\/strong> into .pac<\/strong>. Simple as that.<\/p>\n

Now please, don’t complain about us not supplying PAC files in some of our files when the PCS files can be converted so easily. C:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
