I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t handle throwing Pokeballs 8,192 times… so why not increase your chances by throwing a Pokeball 1 time instead?
It is said to take very good luck to find a shiny Pokemon.
Well, I guess luck is on our side, because all the Pokemon have become shiny!
…Except for Lugia. For now, he gets the “special treatment.”

Shadow Lugia’s Aeroblast could be edited into Shadow Blast.
Make it purple, and then you’re done.

All I know is, make the directory “items -> [name of Pokemon] -> [Pokemon PAC file]”… Not too difficult. Just a lot of new folders. 😛

It would require going deeper than the texture files, as you said, though. But still quite semi-possible.
